lake lot availability update?

Do you have any updates on when we may see lake front lot’s on the market?

I’m thinking by the beginning of the year we should see movement on developed lake lots. It’s during the period now that my clients are touring the lake and deciding where to buy before the lots are on the market. Please call if you have any other questions at 903-224-5341. David

With what the real estate market is doing – much more concerned with pricing vs availability. But, that’s just me. Excited to see what develops!

Its been a quite front the lake and its still not open to the public. If we get a wet enough winter that the lake starts to fill up, do you think more lots will become available?

Hey Andrew,

Yes, the filling of the lake would entice more lake front property for sale. Having said that, I’ve heard from a large developer they plan to sell lots in Q2 2023. So that is only like five months out.
